Complete claims registration and finalization system.

It addresses record keeping, progress reports and reminder functions on claims as a whole.

Claim tracking can be setup according to user preference.

The functionality is also there for pictures to be uploaded or taken directly from the system on any smartphone or tablet, and filed under a specific claim for easy reference.

We are also able to change CFG automatically after a claim and to manage multi-claimants, even individually for the respective representatives in a FSP.

BROKER TOOL

Broker tools, consisting of M&M vehicle valuator, professional property calculator, terminology guide, policy comparison feature and task manager. All can be linked to specific client as well for easy referral afterwards.

Mailer function that handles all communication from within the system to a specific selected group of clients, also with a “read receipt” function.

Great for letting a lot of people know about - for example – increases in excesses for specific insurer for a specific product (plus it shows that it was received and accepted).

New client quote mailer for obtaining necessary information from large groups of people, using layman’s terms to describe various fields and sections for the client.

TCF mailer – connected to any finalization of quotes, claims, amendments, renewals etc. It sends a message to the client with a service rating, responses are saved under both broker and client profiles.

ADMINISTRATION

Full accounts function with debit runs, bordereaux generation, bordereaux summaries, commission statements, handling of unpaid and arrear premiums, transaction records and history file per client etc. Insurer wordings (also broken down per section) are all available electronically on the system. This is very useful at claims and initial policy issuance stages.

Powerful reporting features. Anything can be extracted from any data within the system – possibilities are endless and reports are written on-demand from insurers and/or brokers.

Key reports like multi-claimants, hit ratios per broker/representative/product of insurer and specific to insurer, large claims report, outstanding client info report etc readily available.
